We collect information required to deliver our core services: user preferences, saved favorites, push notification tokens (for ride wait-time alerts), and app usage patterns. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial advertising.
When location services are enabled, we process precise location data to detect theme park visits, calculate queue proximity, and provide relevant wait-time notifications. You can disable location tracking or push notifications at any time through your device settings.
We share data with trusted third-party service providers to power and maintain Themeparky, including: (a) Analytics & Diagnostics: Service providers (such as PostHog) used for product analytics, feature usage, and session replays to diagnose usability issues and bugs. (b) Payment & Subscriptions: Payment processors and subscription platforms (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat) used to process purchases, manage billing, and validate subscription receipts. (c) Push Notification Infrastructure: Notification services (such as Apple APNs, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Expo) used to transmit device push tokens and deliver real-time wait-time alerts to your device.
We implement industry-standard encryption, access controls, and technical safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide service functionality. Account data is permanently removed within thirty (30) days of receiving an account deletion request submitted to [email protected].
Themeparky is not directed to children under the age of 13, and hex321 LLC does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete that information from our records. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us may contact us at [email protected] to request immediate deletion.
